Business Controller, Sales & Servicing
We are now looking for a professional to be our Business Controller in our Nordic Finance organization located in our Turku Office.
As a Business Controller you will report to our Head of Commercial Controlling Nordics and be part of the Nordic Sales & Servicing Controlling team. In your role you will have internal customers and colleagues in all Nordics countries, with whom you will work closely.
Your main responsibility is Nordic Sales & Servicing unit business controlling for Finland.
You will also play a key role in Financial analytics and reporting support to Sales & Servicing unit, participate in month closing process, including preparation of Sales & Servicing reports and providing commentaries of the business performance to different stakeholders. Forecasting and budgeting sales volumes, as well as following up on client profitability will be your responsibility. Additionally, you will be responsible for assessing and developing investment business cases with benefits for Finland Sales & Servicing. You will also support Operations Controlling in different projects and support Finance team in Finland in other controlling tasks.
We are looking for a professional who has some experience in controlling or business analysis work. Experience from credit management services is considered an advantage. An ideal candidate has a background as Business Controller or Business Analyst. You have University Masters or bachelor's degree in finance/business or science.
You have strong analytical skills and you are proactive and self-motivated. You have high sense of quality and you work hard to achieve goals in tight time frame. We value good interpersonal skills, ability to see the big picture and to handle multidimensional tasks even under pressure. Fluent English, both written and spoken, is required.
