We are now looking for a productivity oriented
to join our finance organization with focus on cabin crew within our Inflight Experience business unit for a fixed term contract until August 2019.
In this position, you’ll take overall financial responsibility of the end-to-end cabin crew processes, controls, development and reporting. You’ll be a proactive business partner and a fact-based challenger in demanding and growing cabin crew business area. Providing financial and business case analysis for performance improvement is essential part of this role. You’ll facilitate budgeting and forecasting processes as well as policy, guideline and procedure development with your financial expertise and good collaborative skills. The basic controlling in this role consists of monitoring financial performance and KPI´s. You’ll also have an opportunity to design and implement new controls and developing benchmark portfolio regarding crew productivity in the airline industry together with Business Leads. In addition, you will manage financial process for external service providers globally. You will be a valued member of our Inflight Experience’s leadership team.
You will succeed in as our business controller, if you have
- business oriented and analytical mindset
- good knowledge of financial accounting and bookkeeping
- good presentation skills
- ability to develop and document business processes
We value M.Sc. level education and minimum of 5 years of experience from e.g. business control. We expect you to work independently and with strong goal orientation. Strong knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint as well as fluency in English are essential. Understanding SAP & Anaplan will support you. We consider earlier experience of staff productivity and/or collective labor agreements an advantage.
