We are looking for a Business Analyst, Strategy to join our Strategic Projects team in Espoo.
Our Strategy unit drives the definition and follow-up of Neste's roadmap, supporting our strategic direction through market intelligence, strategy development, and strategy deployment.
Your part in Neste journey
Your role as member of the Strategy team is to support the top management of Neste and its business areas in various strategy projects that may relate to driving strategic decision making and implementing the change. Your responsibilities include problem-solving with financial and business analysis, preparation of presentation materials, and coordination of project work streams together with internal project teams and external partners.

The recruitment process includes interviews and aptitude testing. We will conduct the first round of interviews during two assessment days taking place on Nov 2nd at 13-16 EET (Espoo) and Nov 4th at 10-13 EET (Online). Selected candidates will be invited to participate on one of those dates.
The person selected for the position must pass a health examination including a drug test. A security clearance is obtained for the persons with their consent.
