Hungry for a new challenge? Come join us! We are looking for a new marketing talent to join our dynamic team in Sweden and Finland, and help us on our journey to develop and strengthen the Crisp business. You will work with the Finnish market leading brand Koulunäkki and the international FINN CRISP brand with sales in over 40 different countries.
Suomi – our key market
The role is part of the central marketing team in Cerealia, reporting to Sr. Brand Manager Crisp. You can have your main office in either Stockholm or Helsinki, but need to travel 2-3 times per month, mainly between Sweden and Finland but also to our crisp bakery in Kotka.
Our brands – your responsibility
As a Brand Manager Crisp, you are responsible for developing and implementing our brand strategies across countries. You will work with strengthening our brand positioning, develop and deploy our product portfolio strategy and lead cross-functional projects. You will need to combine your analytical data-drilling skills with your creative mind in order to translate consumer needs and market opportunities into new concepts, products and effective marketing campaigns.
The role comes with big responsibility from day one, as you will own and drive projects with big business impact. Stakeholder management is also a big part of the job. As a Brand Manager, you work closely with colleagues across functions; sales, trade marketing, innovation and production, as well as manage external agency contacts.
So, who are you?
To succeed, you need to be fully fluent in Finnish and speak and write English on a professional level. Swedish is a plus – but not a prerequisite. We believe you have a university degree in business, engineering or marketing, with a couple of years of experience from a similar role, preferably in an FMCG setting. If you have international experience, that is also a feather in your cap.
