Your Responsibilities:
Are you results driven and ambitious commercial brand expert ready to take the next challenge? Do you want to work with globally known brand Sensodyne reporting directly to the Area Marketing Manager of GSK Consumer Healthcare?

As the Brand Manager for Sensodyne in Marketing at GSK Consumer Healthcare Finland and Norway, you will work closely with cross functional teams in both Norway and Finland as well as Area Marketing team across Benelux & Nordics. The Brand Manager Norway/Finland is part of a passionate, experienced and culturally diverse Marketing team, focused on building brands trusted by consumers and experts. Being the local Brand expert you will transform global and area brand, portfolio and NPD strategies in the Norwegian and Finnish market to win against competition. You will develop and execute local brand activation plans covering media strategy with a strong focus on digital and social media.

This is a full-time temporary position (for 6 months) with possibility of contract extension.

You can be based either in Oslo (Norway) or Espoo (Finland).

Key responsibilities:
Category / Brand ownership at country level:

  • Execute the Brand Planning process at country level in line with Category and Area guidelines.
  • Develop and implement the marketing activity plan based on the annual plan
  • Carry out and follow-up campaigns - develop corrective actions based on data analysis and tracking of country brand KPIs
  • Lead country launch and activation plan for NPD

ATL and Media:

  • Implement global / area toolkits - continuously follow-up and evaluate results.
  • Lead adaptation projects when applicable & single country only (TVCs, sponsor spots, radio, internet, outdoor)
  • Responsible for implementation of country media plan
  • Responsibility for managing content and updates of local brand websites

Finance:

  • Responsible for A&P budget for category/brand(s) in local market
  • Input to sales forecasting and monthly reporting (SOM, monthly executive summary)
  • Contribution to budget and target processes

Other:

  • Secure professional relationship within the country and function teams with an involving and result oriented perspective.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies, relevant acts, legal demands and ethical standards.

Why You?

Basic qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, economics, commercial, business or equivalent,
  • Knowledge and experience of the consumer retail environment - minimum 3 years of marketing experience with proven track record of achievements gained in leading FMCG companies or consumer health care company,
  • Experience of planning and execution of data driven digital marketing campaigns, notably programmatic display and video, search engine advertising and social media marketing,
  • Strong analytic, strategic and organizational skills,
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, and the ability to work and engage within a cross-functional team
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiating skills (in English, Norwegian and/or Finnish)
