Brand and Customer Experience Manager

We are hoping to get you into our team - a talented doer with a genuine interest to make sure our brand is and stays competitive and maintains a forerunner position in the eyes of our customers as well as our current and future employees!

Operationally your responsibilities include being responsible for all the brand related activities e.g. maintenance and development of the brand guidelines in all forms, branded gifts, brand audits and surveys. You will get to participate in building our employer branding and presence. You will also be leading our customer experience program at Group level and work in close co-operation with our business units. You will be responsible for our customer events and for our One Accountor sponsoring activities.

To succeed in this position, it would be best for you to have a solid working experience of 5-7 years from similar roles within marketing: brands and building customer experience, defining processes, service design and leading processes. We also hope you to have hands-on experience in building customer surveys, using survey tools and making analysis of the results and development plans.

To best succeed in your role and enjoy both your work and being an Accountorian, you could describe yourself as a creative doer and at the same time thorough, detail oriented and analytical. Ability to keep up with tight time schedules and a systematical way of working come natural to you. 

Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Finnish and English are needed, and a suitable commercial background will help you succeed in your strategically important role.
The Brand and Customer Experience Manager will be part of Group brand and communications team. The location is in Accountor Headquarter in Keilaniemi, Espoo, Finland.
