We are looking for a Banking Advisor to support our International corporate customers in Finland. Your future responsibilities

You’ll join International Subsidiary Group, who is responsible for serving international corporate customers consisting of subsidiaries and branch offices of Nordic and non-Nordic parent companies. International Subsidiary Group Finland's winning team currently has 9 Relationship Managers, 4 Banking Advisors for corporate customers, 2 KYC support persons and two leaders.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will be in daily contact via telephone and email with customers and Nordic colleagues  
  • You will proactively ensure that all customers get the full service offering in all channels in order to contribute to great customer experience and support the omnichannel relationship banking  
  • You will work according to instructions and guidelines on compliance and other regulative matters to fulfil our obligations towards customers and society.  
  • You will reach the given targets by creating great customer experiences  
  • You will build up good collaboration with your team and stakeholders

Your profile and background:

  • Experience in sales and customer service work  
  • Understanding of international corporate business and transaction banking  
  • You enjoy independent work as well as have the ability to work and coordinate with many stakeholders and colleagues on a daily basis.  
  • You will need to be able to priorities and re-priorities when urgent matters require your attention.  
  • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to listen  
  • Understanding of risk and compliance issues, especially KYC  
  • Fluent in Finnish and sufficient skills in English, both written and verbal. Language used at the office is Finnish. Proficiency in other Nordic languages are considered an advantage.  
  • Suitable educational background e.g. Bachelor of Business Economics (BBA)
