Right now, we are looking for a Back Office Specialist to work with us at Telia Finance. We are Telia’s in-house finance company specialized in IT and telecom financing. Our business concept is to provide innovative financing solutions to increase the value of the offers that Telia targets towards its customers and partners.
We are a closely-knit cross-border team that consists of nearly 110 experts altogether. We work flexibly and purposefully towards resolving our customers' problems.
As a Back Office Specialist at Telia Finance you will be part of an agile and customer oriented team. Your main responsibilities include versatile tasks related to customer support, case management and administration. You will have a direct contact with both consumer and enterprise customers via phone and e-mail. Proactive problem solving and bringing up ideas and insights on possible improvements are part of your everyday work.

We expect you to have more than three years of customer service experience in financial sector. We assume that you love to support our customers in different touch points with a passion for the financial products. You are used to work with various duties connected to both front and back office such as administration and incident management via phone and email. In addition you’re able to understand technical systems and recognize, solve and report deviations related to these.
You have a strong customer focus in everything you do and a genuine “can-do” attitude with the ability to condense the complex into the simple. You are a self-starter who loves projects that require proactive and independent approach. You have a passion making the impossible possible, by thinking differently! Lastly, you feel yourself at home in a dynamic and high-pace environment where you can utilize your superb organizing and prioritizing skills.
Ideally you’ve a bachelor’s degree in business or other relevant educational background. You communicate fluently both in Finnish and English. Knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
