Assortment Data Specialist
As Assortment Data Specialist you are an engaged team member in Musti Group’s Category and Sourcing team. In your role you constantly contribute high performance and develop your working style. Together with the team, you will secure targets and strategy set in Musti Group, in your responsible areas.
The Assortment Data Specialist is responsible for data management in the team. He/she handles the administration of product and supplier data into relevant systems and leads the development of processes for data management to achieve improvements.
What are we looking for?
You have experience in data management and maintenance of data in commercial teams and businesses. You are familiar with administration of product and supplier data, as well as data quality assurance. You are keen on developing workflows and processes, data standards and data analytics and reporting. You will be measured against accurate product and supplier data in time at the right place and by the right quality.
From qualification perspective you are qualified in data management and maintenance especially in assortment supplier data area. You have hands on skills in operative data maintenance, migration and reporting incl. master data tools. You have experience in retail, and multinational environment is an advantage. You are fluent in English, and Finnish, Swedish and/or Norwegian is an advantage. Excellent MS Office skills required.
As a person you are positive, analytical and structured and you appreciate administrate work and keep deadlines. You also have good organization and communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team. You are a people person and service minded, as you will have many contact points within the organization.

This position is placed in Helsinki, Käpylä. We often have dogs in the office therefore the work might not be suitable for a person who is allergic to pets.
The role is project based temporary position until end year 2021. Employment starts as soon as possible.
