We are looking for an
to work with us at our headquarters in Vantaa. Our global sales team, consisting of employees from Nordic and Baltic countries, is busy creating the energy solutions of tomorrow with our customers. As an assistant your primary task is to support the sales function with organizing and coordinating sales meetings and sales project schedules, as well as taking care of the team’s travelling plans and arrangements. Your tasks also include other sales supporting services like meeting secretary duties, sales and offering material polishing, and events management together with our marketing team. It is also your responsibility to take care of the everyday activities of our office, and to cooperate with our other assistants in different kind of cross-functional activities.
