We are looking for an Assistant to join Suunto for a short-term contract. ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role you will be the assistant of the Head of Product Category and support them in their daily work. You will be given various tasks including setting up meetings, preparing materials and other administrative work.
* Preparing and managing meetings

* Some project management tasks
* Supporting in daily administrative tasks
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* 1-2 years of work experience as an assistant or in other administrative tasks
* Good command of common office systems like Excel, PowerPoint and Word
* Fluency in English

* Start: As soon as possible
* Work extent: 2-3 months
* Working hours: Ideally full-time, but a part-time contract can be made if necessary
