Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to- day secretarial and administrative support to Vice President, Legal Affairs, Marine Solutions;
  • Assist in various legal matters (e.g. agreements, Committee decisions, power of attorneys & notarizations)
  • Coordinate the Marine Solutions global Legal team;
  • Manage the documentations, archives and Compass pages of the Marine Solutions Legal Affairs;
  • Organise and coordinate Legal trainings; and
  • Keep good liaison and communication with internal departments and external customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent, preferably in English or Business Administration;
  • At least 3-5 years working experience in similar position in multinational companies;
  • Good command of English, both oral and written;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Advanced knowledge of application of MS-office 365 tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel and MS Teams.
  • Sound time management and organization skills;
  • Good data analytical skills;
  • Strong problem solving skills and flexibility to handle urgent cases;
  • High level of initiative, motivation, judgement and integrity;
  • Mature, strong sense of responsibility, and very much self-disciplined in dealing with confidential information;
