As an Assistant Brand and Category Manager you will support the development and drive the implementation of your assigned brands Arla Luonto+ and Arla Got Guts?. You will help to execute the compelling category and brand plans across the marketing mix and consistently deliver brilliant brand activation in order to connect with and impact cosumers and shoppers, and grow the category. The position is temporary based until end of October 2021. Maybe even longer.

Key responsibilities:

  • Execution of the Arla Luonto+ and Arla Got Guts? annual plan to support local yogurt category growth
  • Support the category & brand manager in delivering all aspects of the 1-3-year brand plan.
  • Involve in key brand projects such as new product development projects
  • Provide administrational support including purchase order processing to support management of annual marketing budgets
  • Manage key brand activation projects with external agencies

Preferred candidate profile:

  • A degree within marketing, business or equivalent.
  • Ideally 2-3yrs of marketing experience working with consumer brands
  •  You speak and write Finnish and English language business fluent.
