We are looking for an analog ASIC Design Engineer to our product development team in Vantaa. You will be responsible for system modeling and verification, analog ASIC transistor and block-level design, ASIC layout design and the top-level mixed signal verification simulation. In addition, you participate in system-level design and support component design by analyzing the impact of measurement architecture to product performance and ASIC size as well as by comparing different measurement architectures with each other. You specify ASIC measurements, analyze the characterization results and compare those to the simulation outcome.
We appreciate experience of modeling systems with Simulink/Matlab and of mixed signal ASIC design and ASIC characterization. You have experience of modern ASIC design tools (e.g. Mentor Graphics, Cadence) and system design tools (e.g. Matlab, Simulink). Experience of measurement hardware and software (Labview) is seen as an advantage. You have technical education (e.g. M.Sc., Ph.D. or D.Sc.) with emphasis on microelectronics, and you communicate fluently in English.
You have good basic knowledge of system modeling and analog ASIC design with systematic and careful way of working. You are innovative and interested in working in an international environment.
