We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager.
The Area Sales Manager’s main task is to manage, develop and grow sales in Finland. You will join our Nordic sales team to establish businesses, manage sales, and provide enthusiastic presentations of the Nordisk Clean Solutions in Finland. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for consultancy and visits of dealers and end customers, close cooperation with specialized trade partners and kitchen planners, monitoring and nourishing of the CRM system, and providing weekly/monthly reports on opportunities, project updates and performance against targets. You will also take part in negotiations with customers, be responsible for pricing and specification details, and build-up and development of networks. You will work from home office which can be located anywhere in Finland as long as you are able to visit our clients actively.
Expected knowledge and experience
- 5+ years of developing and executing B2B sales targets
- Experience in sales in the area of HoReCa industry and municipal tenders
- Strong and proven sales track record
- Planning and project management
- Good economic understanding
- Strong experience in developing new customers to expand business growth
- Contract, agreement negotiation and co-ordination of negotiation process
- Computer literacy – good administration skills
- Bachelor’s degree or similar

You should have the ability to translate company goals into sales priorities, strategy, and directions, solid analytical skills, and operational drive. You should have high ethical standards, the ability to influence others, strong negotiation skills, and an open-minded, flexible, and communicative personality. You should be fluent in Finnish, Swedish and English.
