We are strengthening our sales team in Finland and looking for an Area Sales Manager who lives and breaths sales. You can be fresh from the school bench or already a hard-boiled automation expert.

We are a technology partner for our clients in automation components and system solutions. The person we are looking for should have a true passion for creating value for our customers. To make sure you succeed in this role you would have a comprehensive introduction to the world of SCHUNK and its products and solutions in Germany. Our team of experts in Sweden also support you to achieve your goals.


We aim to grow and are committed to invest in your professional development and support your career aspirations.  In return we expect you know how to ask the right questions, provide value adding solutions and convince all organizational levels and functions about the technology leadership of SCHUNK. You take responsibility for the business growth as well as create and follow your own plans. You are frequently visiting and developing existing customers as well as identifying new business opportunities. You are responsible for the whole sales process from the planning to the offer confirmation.


Your market area covers all of Finland for the business area Gripping System. When not visiting customers, you work from your home office or a hired office space, preferably in Tampere, Helsinki or Turku region. In this position, you report to the General Manager in Sweden. Your customers operate in different industries, e.g. in food, electronics, plastic, metal, engineering, automotive, medical and packaging.


You have a relevant technical education and technical understanding, but most of all, you are enthusiastic about sales and you want to achieve set goals. As we are an international company, we expect you to fluently communicate in English. Finnish is a must and Swedish is a strong asset.
