Area Sales Manager

If you are, that´s excellent, since Rehau is seeking for an area sales manager to ensure growth of our heating and plumbing business unit in Finland
As our new area sales manager, you will be responsible for indirect sales of REHAU products for plumbing and heating industry. Your customers are wholesalers, consultants and installers within plumbing and heating. Your focus will consist of working on future new construction projects, and the success factor is to be in the right spot at the right time. Together with the other sales persons you will cover all of Finland. Ability to travel is therefore required.
You will also be responsible for training and giving professional counseling of the above customer groups. You will mainly work with the REHAU Product groups sound reduced waste water systems and water supply systems. You will report to the Sales Manager in Göteborg, Sweden.
What are we looking for?
As a successful area sales manager you should have experience in sales and maintaining strong customer relations – preferably in building industry. You should have proactive sales attitude combined with interest to learn and help your customers with highly-technical solutions. You have a “roll up one’s sleeves” attitude as you like to spend time with the customers, wholesalers and consultants in order to be a cooperative business partner for them. Your work is very independent, so good organizational and time management skills will help you to reach your targets. Experience in the plumbing and heating industry is an advantage but not absolutely essential. Technology can be learned, but the right kind of attitude towards technical sales is more important. Since REHAU is a large international company, your work will require both Finnish and English language skills.
