We are looking for a driven Area Sales Manager to build a modern spirits category with us! This is a role where you will bring our brands to the international markets and build them even further on our way to take on new and exciting markets.
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be driving the sales of our iconic spirit brands in selected markets. You own the planning and execution of the sales strategy in your markets, and actively look for new business opportunities, optimizing the product mix and portfolio in growing our business – all to enhance the growth and profitability of our brands.
The working location can be in any Anora office location (Nordics, Baltics, Germany, France). Travelling approximately 7-9 business days a month, is expected to be a part of this role. Initially, travelling will be more extensive.
You drive the sales of our brands together with our international partners and distributors. You develop sales and marketing plans together with our brand management and customers and track the execution of the plans. You also actively monitor the market and competitive landscape to ensure we have the data to analyze the market.
As area sales manager, you are the provider of key insights into our markets and consumers, bringing new and exciting concepts and tools to our customers. You challenge the convention and together with our export team constantly seek for new ways to further develop the business.
You have proven track record in commercializing concepts, successful negotiations, solution-based selling and you are fluent in tools that support sales. You work with excel or similar tools and can present your case to all relevant stakeholders. You move forward with a positive energy that our customers see and feel and inspire our stakeholders with the stories, backed up by data. You secure the local business potential by analyzing market data, pricing, and other activities, finding opportunities for our brand presence in the given markets. You enjoy working with customers and have the skills to hold multiple topics running simultaneously.
