We are looking for

Area Managers Pharmacy to three different areas in Finland:

  • Southern Finland
  • Eastern Finland
  • Western Finland 

to join our Business Unit Retail Services’ sales team. The positions are permanent and require traveling.

In BU Retail Services we sell and market wide range of health-related brands and traded goods for Finnish pharmacies and grocery stores. We also offer various expert and staffing services to pharmacies and hospitals.

As an Area Manager your main task is to successfully collaborate with our pharmacy customers in your sales area in Finland. You work in a team of highly motivated and sociable colleagues, and through our product portfolio you provide the means for our customers to succeed with their businesses. Your main customer contacts are pharmacists and pharmacy owners, and you manage your own area sales by implementing our strategy and specific market requirements.

You are responsible for sales to current and new customers in your area. As an expert in product sales you provide your knowledge in developing value added solution that help the customers develop their businesses. In this position you will internally work closely with your BU Retail Services colleagues in sales, brand management and customer service. The person acting in this role will report to Sales Director Pharmacies located in Finland.

To be successful in this role we expect you to have:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business
  • Pharmacy business understanding and experience
  • 3 + years’ experience of sales, preferably from sales to pharmacies
  • Ability to create close relationship and trust with the customers
  • Analytical approach and talented with sales figures, KPIs and reporting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Finnish
  • Positive attitude towards continuous improvement and development activities in addition to hands-on attitude
  • Excellent IT skills e.g. with MS Office
  • Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written. Swedish is an asset.
