Our growth is continuing and therefore, we are now looking for two Managers to lead and strengthen our MSAT department.
At MSAT we have three core functions that oversee Analytical development, Manufacturing process development and Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls (CMC) management. The department is in charge of development, optimization and validation of new analytical and manufacturing procedures and/or optimization of the current established ones. MSAT also supports regulatory filings to enable robust clinical and commercial supply, health authority communication, due diligence and business development opportunities.
We are now in search for Analytical Development Manager and CMC Manager.
Suitable candidate has previous experience in managing people and analytical development or CMC work. Understanding of quality systems and pharmaceutical industry are seen as a plus in both positions.
Your main responsibilities include managing the overall work of your team and overseeing the related activities. As a Manager you are establishing priorities, monitoring the progress of all assigned projects, allocating resources and ensuring that projects meet milestones and deadlines.

Most importantly, as a Manager you need to inspire, support and develop your team!
In order to succeed, you would need a degree in the fields of biosciences, cell biology, chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology or any other related field of study. You also need to communicate fluently both in written and spoken English.
