ANALYST, M&A
In this business-critical role, you will be a key player in our M&A team in helping with all aspects related to acquisitions and divestments. You have the chance to influence the execution of our strategy and leave your mark on the development of our M&A function. This position is an excellent viewpoint to the whole Lindström group.
In this role, you will take responsibility for creating different financial models, conducting valuations and market & business analyses. You will participate in due diligences and creating business case presentations to the Lindström Group’s management. You will also assist in creating and maintaining a pipeline of strategic prospects and support with execution of acquisition and integration projects. You will work collaboratively with the senior management of Lindström and prospective businesses. Your location will be in our head office at Kalasatama, Helsinki, but some travelling could be required. It is important that you have the ability to create trust and build relationships within the company at all levels. You will be working in an international and multicultural environment which requires a proactive and flexible approach in projects.
