Murata Finland is developing leading edge gyroscope and accelerometer safety-critical sensors for global automotive, industrial and healthcare markets. We are currently strengthening ASIC Design Team in Murata Finland. Therefore, we are looking for an Analog ASIC Design Engineer or Analog ASIC Lead Engineer to join our ASIC Design team in Vantaa, Finland.
Your main responsibility can be tailored from analog modeling and design tasks to the technical lead tasks depending on your experience and interest. Your main responsibility may be modeling and simulating analog ASIC blocks with behavioral models, design with Spice tools ASIC IP blocks according to the requirement specification, document them and support block level outsourced design. You may perform top level simulations by using developed/developing behavioral models of the analog blocks. You may study and propose new topologies for the IP blocks, discuss with high level requirements and convert discussions to the actual IP block and architectural. You may support customers by developing gyroscope and accelerometer models for customer use. In addition, you may support Functional Safety analysis.
In order to be successful in this position, these are the essential qualities and skills:
- Technical education (e.g. M.Sc., Ph.D. or D.Sc.) with emphasis on microelectronics
- 1-15 years of experience on analog ASIC design
- You have experience on
- Modeling and simulation system solutions with Matlab or Simulink
- Modeling and simulation of analog blocks with System Verilog
- Implementation (electrical and layout) of ASIC analog blocks with EDA tools

You communicate and negotiate fluently in English

You have excellent communication skills to understand various requirements and communicate with external partners and internal teams

Systematic and careful way of working
- You are innovative and interested in working in an international environment
- Experience with safety critical applications and ISO26262 standard knowledge are highly appreciated
