We are looking for an AGV Support Specialist
Your responsibility is to provide expert-level technical support to Rocla customers to ensure automated guided vehicles and systems operate without interruptions. Majority of the support is provided using modern diagnostic solutions, remote support solutions, remote connections, telephone and email. You are also a part of 24/7 on-call crew and travel to customer sites when the situation so demands.
You have a suitable technical education (M.Sc. or B.Sc.) or have gained equivalent skills through work experience. You are familiar with industrial automation and you have experience in providing technical support.
You are initiative, independent, responsible and capable of solving challenges with the customer. You can manage your tasks well in Finnish and English.
