We are currently looking for an Administrative Technical Officer for our international client in the OL3 Site in Eurajoki. The job starts as soon as the suitable candidate is found and lasts approximately 3 months with a possibility for extension depending on our clients need.
Expected background and skills:
- Experience of administrative processes
- Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
- Well organized
- OL3 Experience is a plus
- Language skills: Fluent in English
- Writing of documents (site notice instruction, general document to support commissioning engineers) and follow up of commissioning documentation during preparation and execution phase (issuance of document, RFA, test reports etc.)
- Reporting for follow-up, participation to time-schedule meeting for commissioning documentation, status of commissioning documentation, status of commissioning steps/progress
- Preparation of ready for application MOM & channels, preparation of test reports
- Tracking and follow-up of master file documentation
