We at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy are now looking for a Student Worker to join our administrative team in the Espoo office in Finland. The position is part-time and temporary – we are searching for an administrative coordinator who can work around 40 % (2 days a week). The working hours are flexible, and we are open to discuss about your wishes in terms of the working days. We hope the chosen candidate could start as soon as possible.
The duration of the position is approximately 3 - 6 months, with the possibility of extension. The employment contract will be signed with Barona. The position is office-based.

What are your responsibilities?
The role involves various different administrative tasks, both connected to Office management and to our Sales Support function.
As an administrative coordinator you will be a support in general office admin tasks such as invoicing, mail handling, IT Tickets, and local HR-admin etc. In addition to that, you also work with Sales Support, including among other things market and project reporting, preparation of presentations, handling of Sales documentation, Support with Sales Force and event preparation.
You will have many internal and external contacts, through telephone, Teams and email. You should be comfortable with managing contacts in a global environment. Our company language is English.
What do you need to qualify for this job?
• At least one year left of your university studies, preferably from the fields of Business Administration, Sales, or Accounting
• Fluent in Finnish and English
• Excellent communicative ability, both written and orally
• Good administrative and coordinating skills
• Good Microsoft Office skills, ability to learn new systems
• Knowledge of CRM tools is seen as an advantage
• Relevant work experience is seen as an advantage, but not mandatory
The ideal candidate for this role is cooperative and able to work in a multi-cultural team. You are flexible and open-minded and have an interest in renewable energy/wind.
