You are responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks related to finance, HR and overall office management.  You will carry out invoicing related routine tasks and participate in customer service over the Nordic boundaries. You also will assist in creating and posting  eSett communication materials.  You ensure that eSett office and events are up to par with eSett brand image.  You also manage the relationship with office maintenance and office supply service providers,


You are successful in this role if you have suitable previous experience in office management, HR or invoicing related tasks.  Your positive up-beat and can-do attitude is critical.  You must have a natural interest towards IT systems.  You are quick to adapt and have a capacity to fill any competence gaps through learning.  You have an excellent command of Finnish and English languages.  Knowledge in Scandinavian languages is a definite plus.


Your personality and  way of working is very service oriented combined with hands-on attitude.  You set a high bar for quality of your work and are willing to do whatever is needed to achieve a great outcome.  You take initiative in resolving challenges without losing your positivity.  You have an open mindset and good skills in collaboration and teamwork.  You appreciate a vibrant and youthful working environment, people centric management and long-term relationship with the employer.
