Promedica Praha is a medical equipment distributor from the Czech Republic, with a goal of contributing to the overall improvement of the healthcare field. Promedica is starting operations in Finland during July and has now opened the opportunity of joining a dynamic, independent, and brand new team in Helsinki.

As an Administrative Specialist you will be responsible for all administrative tasks in Finland – no two days will look the same. You get to support the sales and service operations in Finland, work closely with different stakeholders and be a part of the growth story of Promedica in Finland.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Sales Manager by e.g. preparing sales materials
- Supporting the Service Expert by e.g. ordering spare parts
- Support in all areas that will help grow the business, for example preparing materials for conferences, promotions etc.
- Participating in public tendering processes

You will succeed in this position if you are a flexible, hard-working and independent person. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a service attitude, combined with great organizational and communication skills. You are not afraid to dig for information and find out about new things. You will need fluent Finnish and English skills as well as basic IT skills. You have a university / university of applied sciences education. Experience from public tendering processes is seen as a benefit.

The position is full time and the contract is permanent. The work will start as soon as the suitable person is found. Promedica will set up an office in Helsinki during the summer of 2020, which will be your workplace. You will be offered a competitive salary as well as good benefits.
