What is this role like?
The most significant portion of your responsibilities (50-75%) will consist of handling sales and purchase invoices; therefore, working with numbers and details should be close to your heart.
In addition to that, you will support the company's leadership team by handling a wide range of routine and ad hoc administrative tasks. It will be your responsibility to oversee the company's physical office premises and IT inventory, so you will need to be in the office for at least a couple of hours once per week.
While this role is inherently independent and can largely be done outside official business hours, TalentAdore's team will be there to help you whenever needed. Your closest co-workers will be the Head of People & Culture, CEO, and COO.
After being onboarded to everyday tasks, you will be expected to enhance existing processes and knowledge bases. High work standards, close attention to detail, and an improvement-oriented mindset are critical for succeeding in this role.
For the first 5-10 months, this will be a part-time role requiring 2.5 days of work per week. After that, we're open to expanding the responsibilities based on your strengths and interests. We're seeking someone who envisions a long-term future with TalentAdore.
Ideal profile
Proficiency in Finnish and English (at least C1 level according to Common European Framework)
Service-oriented attitude and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
At least 3 years of work experience that would enable you to succeed in this position
Willingness to work independently and enjoy routine-based tasks
Problem-solving and mathematical skills necessary for handling invoicing
Knowledge of accounting practices is helpful but not essential if you’re a quick learner
Flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset necessary to handle ad hoc tasks and situations
Good time management and prioritization skills
Desire to continuously improve and have high quality standards
Ability to visit our office in Kerava at least once per week
