We are looking for a part-time
for our client organization Pfizer to provide administrative support within the Global Clinical Site Management organization.
In your role the main duties are for example - creating, composing and editing non-standard written material and creating and formating presentations, spreadsheets, and key documents - advising staff on routine administrative procedures and processes - organizing visits (agenda, reservations, logistics) and maintaining calendars (making travel arrangements and schedule meetings, teleconferences and video conferences for senior management and staff) - assisting with recruiting including speaking with candidates, arranging interviews and coordinating with HR to arrange for relocation assistance. - ordering, maintaining and operating routine office equipment
The ideal candidate takes personal responsibility for quality of work, builds a good working relationship with colleagues at all levels in all departments and interacts with colleagues in a constructive and professional way to process requests and deliver a wide level of service. You have an ability to complete routine assignments independently.
The job is a permanent part time position (50%) located in Helsinki and will start as soon as we find a suitable candidate. Employment agreement is made with StaffPoint Ltd.
