Role? AdOps Specialist to ensure operational and technical success of display, native and video advertising campaigns with all of our brands. Assisting the Sales team in campaign planning and inventory forecasting and in other operational duties.
Location? Our awesome office is located a few steps away from the Helsinki railway station. Our Advertising Intelligence team works flexibly in a hybrid mode between our office & home offices.

WHO ARE YOU?

You have an interest to learn more about advertising operations and online advertising campaigns.
You are fluent in written & spoken English and Finnish. English is our company language, but many of the customers are Finnish speakers.
If you have experience in ad tech platforms (preferably experience in using the Xandr platform or other ad server for campaign management and optimisation) and digital advertising ecosystems, these are seen as a strong plus!
WHAT’S THE JOB LIKE?
Responsibilities
As a member of our Advertising Intelligence team, your main responsibility is to ensure operational and technical success of display, native and video advertising campaigns. You will work with all of our brands: Tori, Oikotie and in the future Rakentaja too.
You ensure a smooth end-to-end delivery of online advertising campaigns together in close collaboration with the rest of the team. This includes technical support, testing, trafficking and quality assurance of the ad creatives, making sure that the campaigns are launched on time and monitoring the delivery to perform necessary optimisations.
In your role, you also assist the Sales team in campaign planning and inventory forecasting and operational duties such as reporting campaign performance, keeping in contact with our internal and external customers and helping out with managing our brands direct advertising stack.
