We are now looking to strengthen the Roschier Finance & Reporting team by recruiting an experienced Accounting professional for our Helsinki office.

Job description

As an Accounting professional, your work will involve a variety of accounting assignments, the main focus being on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and daily routines of cash management. You enjoy tackling any challenges that may arise and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility. In addition to daily and monthly finance routines, you will also have the opportunity to actively participate in and drive process- and system development, thereby contributing to maintaining our strong position as one of the leading business law firms in the Nordic region.

You will be located in Helsinki and work closely with the members of the Finance & Reporting team in both Finland and Sweden as well as with other colleagues within the firm, gaining insight into an international and dynamic professional services organization.

You might be the talent we are looking for if

  • You have relevant academic qualifications, such as a Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent, and preferably at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience, for example, as an AP/AR clerk, cash management clerk, or accountant.
  • You have good communication skills in Finnish and English, Swedish skills are considered an advantage.
  • You possess solid accounting skills and a good understanding of VAT and finance-related processes.
  • You have the drive to provide the highest level of service, while taking pride in paying attention to detail and diligence,
  • Your ICT skills are up to date and you have the ability to adopt new tasks and tools efficiently, you are eager to contribute in developing our tools further.
  • You feel comfortable working both in teams and independently, and you have a positive will-do attitude and are able to navigate successfully in a professional services organization. Previous work experience of working in the professional services sector is considered an advantage.
