You will find an exciting combination of driving and executing day to day operational work and long-term, strategic orientation. As the Accounting Manager in Qvantel you will have full responsibility of the operative finance tasks in parent company and in its subsidiaries together with your team. In more detail, your tasks involve creating, analyzing, controlling, monitoring and reporting financial information, closing of the books, as well as cash flow forecasting and management. You will enrich the team with your great understanding of group level financials and how operational activities affect them while further developing compliance with finance practices and standards. This means an opportunity to represent the best interest of the company by ensuring that Corporate Governance policies are followed. You will report to Group CFO.

We believe you’ll meet the following criteria:

  • Deep understanding about finance and accounting matters (Unit and Group level)
  • Ability to lead the team of accounting professionals
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to the company culture
  • Ability to make sense of details, while keeping the bigger picture in mind
  • Fluent spoken and written communication skills in Finnish, English and preferably Swedish
