Our Finance & Control team provides accurate, timely and relevant financial information to its stakeholders. The team works in close co-operation with our business units and has a strong focus on continuous improvement and customer centricity.
We are now looking for an Accountant to join our motivated and experienced Finance & Control team at our headquarters in Littoinen, Turku area, as our current one will be proceeding to a new position within Teleste. In this role you will be responsible for the accounting of Teleste Sweden AB assisted by a local accounting partner. You will also have a key role in the accounting team of Teleste Oyj. Among others your tasks include booking general ledger vouchers and processing invoices, travel claims and bank account statements.

What we expect from you
- BSc or MSc level degree in Economics or Business Administration
- Some work experience in accounting
- Good skills in written and spoken Finnish and English
- Good IT skills
- Proactive and analytical mind-set and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to learn quickly and be a reliable team player
- Capability for independent work and strong drive to improve performance, processes and tools
What is considered as an advantage
- Experience in using ERP systems
- Knowledge of Finnish and Swedish company income taxation and VAT regulation
- Skills in written and spoken Swedish
