We are now looking for an experienced ACCOUNTANT to our Nordic Head office who is highly motivated and ready to learn even more challenging tasks in Finance function. 

In our Nordic head office, we handle the financial administration of our three Nordic Markets: Finland, Sweden and Norway. The role requires involvement in all countries accounting and reporting from routine accounting tasks to more complex reporting routines including monthly – and year-end closing. The routine accounting tasks include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Travel Claims processing. You will also independently take care of dedicated country’s VAT reporting and you will be the contact with the local external auditors. The role also includes cash forecasting, quarterly estimates and forecasts and budgeting. You will also have frequent contacts to our Principal in Switzerland and the Headquarters in the US. 

To be successful in this role, the previous experience with accounting in international company and the good understanding of the accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) are beneficial. Having some hands-on experience with accounting software Dynamics AX, Hyperion and advanced MS Excel skills would be big plus. The role also requires strong, detail-oriented and good analytical skills.

You have positive attitude and you are productive part of your team.  You are organized and structured in your work and you are not afraid to ask questions. You are motivated to build up your expertise. You need to be fluent in Finnish and English and understand written Swedish.
