Your challenge

We are seeking Accountant Accounts Receivable Turku, Uusikaupunki or Salo, Finland. As an Accountant Accounts Receivable you are responsible for a variety tasks across invoice & claim management. You will be part of the team which tasks includes sales invoicing, claim handling, accounts receivable, dunning, reporting and month end closing. We work in close co-operation with other departments like Finance & Controlling, Sourcing, Supplier Quality and external stakeholders.

Our offices are located in Uusikaupunki, Turku and Salo. In this position it is possible to work in the location of your choosing. It is also possible to work remotely but please be noted that our finance team has agreed to work at the office on certain days.

We hope that you would have:

• Degree in Business/Economics or other Financial/Administrative degree
• Experience in accounts receivable & invoicing
• Overall understanding of claim processes
• Good negotiation & communication skills
• Active and “willing to learn” attitude
• Fluent spoken and written skills in Finnish and English
• Open-minded, service driven and proactive mindset
• Accuracy and attention to detail, yet hands-on mentality, paired with a flexible work style to cope with a fast-growing work environment

 In addition to these, having these is just a great addition for the role:

• Knowledge / understanding of SAP ECC or SAP S/4
• Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience of reading legal contracts and agreements
