Account Support Manager, Finland & Baltics
We are looking for an
ACCOUNT SUPPORT MANAGER, FINLAND & BALTICS
to strengthen our Account Support team at Metsä Tissue.
What will be your role at Metsä?
As an Account Support Manager you have a key role in supporting our customers, sales and supply chain in customer conditions and contract related queries. You ensure our customer master data accuracy and quality by managing customer contracts and conditions. You will manage and calculate rebate bonuses, issue payments and handle monthly reconciliation of rebates and manual entries. Following-up rebate reservation and regular reporting of sales statistics are part of your day-to-day responsibilities. In addition, you will be leading and coaching one team member.
You are located either in Mänttä or Espoo and report to VP, Pricing.
What do we expect from you?
Do you enjoy being at the centre of the events and working in close cooperation with different stakeholders? We are looking for a customer service minded and solution oriented team leader who is able to build trust among their colleagues and team, customers and other stakeholders. You are systematic, structured and analytic and you enjoy working with details yet you are also comfortable with routines.
We expect you to have a relevant degree (e.g. B.Sc. in Business Administration or Logistics), and at least few years of relevant work experience in customer service, sales or finance. You have strong knowledge of ERP/SAP and MS Office tools and you are fluent in Finnish and English.
