Korn Ferry is now looking for a hungry and proactive but collaborative Account Manager to Helsinki! As an Account Manager you will be joining a digital team of 5 people, that consists of one person who is focusing on international sales and four others that are working as consultants. As an Account Manager you will be focusing on the Finnish Market and 80% of your job tasks are related to account management and renewing the business and 20% to new client and business acquisition. Your main task is to maintain and grow revenue streams from Korn Ferry’s digital product suit (SaaS Services) by developing and maintaining relationships with the client, as well as leveraging Korn Ferry’s internal resources to ensure that maximum revenues are generated over the longer term. You will also help Korn Ferry to raise their profile and reputation, externally, and the profile of KF Digital internally.
Your key responsibilities include:
Maintaining and growing revenue streams from assigned client accounts / prospects by developing and maintaining relationships with the client and leveraging Korn Ferry colleagues
End to end account planning including research and internal coordination across KF
Building a list of quality cross-category contacts
Ensuring that clients receive products and services to agreed standards of quality and on time by effectively overseeing and monitoring those who deliver the work and taking corrective action including escalation when necessary to guarantee client satisfaction and sustainable financial results
Are you the one that Korn Ferry is looking for? An ideal candidate to Korn Ferry would be an open minded person who is interested in HR and already has earlier experience from B2B and SaaS-sales. The ideal candidate would also have a relevant degree, fluent English and Finnish skills and excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. However, the most important thing to Korn Ferry is that you have the motivation and ability to learn.

Have a university / polytechnic degree in HR, Business Administration; Business Management, Sales & Marketing, Psychology or related field
Have earlier experience from B2B-sales (SaaS-background preferred)
Have earlier experience from working with HR
Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills: you’re not afraid of giving presentations to senior audiences
Have the motivation and ability to learn and develop yourself
Be fully proficient in English and Finnish
