Your main task is to bring in new happy clients and to manage your own portfolio of Special Delivery -users. As an Account Manager, you are responsible for the whole sales process from prospecting to follow-ups.
The first contact is mainly done by phone. After you’ve successfully set up a client meeting, understood the client’s needs, gained their trust and found the right solution you make sure that the client places it’s next order right in our hand! You will contact companies within a wide range, including all from interesting startups to global enterprises. Only your own mindset and the sky is the limit for what you can accomplish!
