This is a new position and will be based in Helsinki (Aleksanterinkatu).

Job description

Your role as CCT Brand Ambassador is to facilitate the establishment of CCT in Finland, assisted by the Scandinavian team.

The Account Manager will assist in nurturing identified potential customers in the real-estate industry, by supporting planned marketing activities and facilitating meetings with key decision makers. The role also includes supporting client relationships with new acquired customers to help ensure their best possible success and customer experience. You will also assist in the on-boarding process for new customers and ensure that all relevant users fully utilize our e-learning platform to get the best results.

In addition you are needed to assist in planned marketing activities (basically checking Finnish language and helping with simple Finnish ad content), facilitate meetings and also come along in meetings together with CEO and VP.

In the initial phase of establishing our brand in Finland you will be a key employee and will have our full support provided by Scandinavian team, with the commercial hub in Copenhagen + offices in both Bergen and Stockholm. The education and training part will be set in the U.K. during which you will gain a full understanding of the company’s products and the sector in which we operate so that you can converse fluently with decision makers at all levels and leverage our international success to help develop the Finnish market.


We are looking for someone who is business and service oriented with ambitious hands-on approach. You are self-confident, solution and goal oriented and keen on making initiatives, actions and results with excellent consultative skills.

You are native Finnish speaker and fluent in English. You have relevant education background and the right personality and mindset for this challenge.
