ACCOUNT MANAGER, GLOBAL

Atradius Global unit team in Finland is looking for a suitably qualified and self-motivated individual to fill the role of Account Manager in Helsinki.

This is a great opportunity to join an international team servicing major multinational customer. You will be instrumental in delivering a first-class customer service to internal stakeholders, customers and brokers. The final details of the role can be discussed based on the qualifications of the candidate. The candidate will report to the Head of Global Finland and be a part of Atradius Global unit. Candidate will work closely together with all Atradius employees at the Helsinki office.

In this position your key responsibilities will be:

General:

• Ensuring business retention and developing existing customer portfolio
• Be actively involved in the management of customer portfolios, which includes regular client/broker meetings with a view to get an in depth understanding of the clients’ business.
• To work together with the team in Finland as well as with Global teams and other colleagues in 54 different countries worldwide
• To complete own role independently after good training and introduction period.
• To manage own accounts

Requirements:

An ideal Candidate will:

• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Manage and support broker relationships
• Develop and retain existing customer relations
• Identify and support development of business opportunities for additional sales of services and products
• Have Preferably University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Have working experience from financial sector or credit management role
• Have very strong Finnish and English skills
• Have Advanced MS Office skills (Excel and Power point)
