Your success at work
Together with your colleagues in the district and with reference to the team leader for MASCOT’s mobile Show Vans, your workday will mainly focus on sales to new end-users in close cooperation with our distributors. The end-users work in industries such as construction, trades, transport and industry. You should be able to see yourself presenting MASCOT’s workwear and safety footwear in one of the new, well-designed Show Vans that provide the perfect starting point to develop your sales of our wide product range with the best service and guidance on the market.
You are not afraid to engage in close dialogue with end-users and distributors. Your success depends on your drive, your persistence, getting work done and how successful you are in creating contacts and relationships; which also ensures that your pipeline is maintained. You will be responsible for sales to end-users in collaboration with our distributors in the district. You will need to canvas end-user companies, and your success will be reflected in your results.
Who are you?
You are a world champion in sales! You have an eye for potential sales and you are not afraid to make contact with others in order to get the sale. In other words, you possess a well-developed hunting gene! You have at least 3-5 years of experience in sales, and you have had great success in retailing, e.g., selling fashion clothes or sportswear and equipment. You are a nerd – or you want to be – in the field of fabrics, fits and details, and you are driven by finding just the right products to suit the individual needs of each customer. Or, you have experience in sales to trades, transport and industry companies, where you have documented results.
As a person you have a high drive, which is important both when you take the initiative and start something new, and when you need to finish. Your CV should be stable, showing commitment and dedication, and a passion for what you do. Your sales district covers the Helsinki area, and it is expected that you live in this area.
You are ambitious and driven to sell. You are looking for new challenges, where you can apply your hunting gene in a professional and international growth company. You are motivated by great demands on your performance, and you look forward to working with skilled and dedicated colleagues who not only ensure that you are challenged, but also help to develop your potential.
