Roche Diagnostics is looking for a professional to join Diabetes Care Team, and have an open position for

ACCOUNT MANAGER for Blood Glucose Monitoring and Insulin Delivery systems in Northern Finland

You are a dynamic person with desire to sell and train products for Diabetes Management. Your primary tasks and responsibilities include:

  • to attain and maintain customer relationships of the assigned districts/accounts
  • to sell and increase the knowledge of  Accu-Chek products (blood glucose meters and insulin pumps) among our customers and different stakeholders e.g. Diabetes Nurses, Pediatricians, Endocrinologists
  • to organize product trainings to Health Care Professionals and patients with Diabetes (group and face to face training)
  • to collect business intelligence of the markets, competitors and customers as well as analyze and provide feedback to the Diabetes Care Team level
  • to look constantly for new business opportunities and areas to improve
  • to report sales contacts in CRM database
  • to actively support Pre-Tender lobbying with key stake holders

  • efficient, focused work habits and ability to be highly productive with minimal day-to day direct supervision
  • flexibility and openness for changes in a challenging environment
  • degree in Business, Life Science, Nursing or corresponding field
  • more than 5 years’ experience in sales, training and customer relationship management and/or fresh and result driven attitude with passion to help the people with Diabetes to live their life as unrestricted as possible
  • good track record in sales of Pharmaceutical Industry or Medical Device among diabetes related products and/or potential and ambition to become good salesman
  • fluency in Finnish and English (good skills in Swedish is a plus)
  • proficiency with Word, Excel, Power Point and CRM software systems
  • good technical skills
