This is a dream position for a hunter-minded sales professional who has some experience in selling solutions or consulting services, and who wants to grow and succeed in one of the most progressive digital transformation consulting companies together with an awesome team and cool clients. 

As an Account Executive you partner closely with our customers' senior management to help them drive their digital transformation and CX Innovation agendas with our services. You have direct order intake responsibility and ownership of Customer Success which both you deliver together with a cross-functional team of experts. You communicate fluently with client top execs as well as with the experts in our cross-functional client teams in both Finnish and English. In addition to finding and developing opportunities you are able to channel our team's passion and expertise towards solving the right business goal for your client. Value based selling experience and consultative approach and experience is an asset in this role.

This role consists of sales and account development work for existing and new clients (emphasis on new clients) and you will also be responsible for acquiring new leads and accounts. Measure of success in this role is successfully closing new business in our strategic focus areas. 

Our clients are leading large and mid-size Finnish and international corporations and public sector organisations. Your home base will be located in our modern studio at the heart of Helsinki. You would report to the Head of Sales. 


We are looking for someone with solid experience of sales and account management. Ideal candidate also has relevant education (Masters degree preferred) in the field of Technology, Design, or Business. We’re looking for a rising star who has proof of previous success  already under their belt but also feels that their best work is still ahead.

Essential qualification for the position is the ability to sell customer experience, design and innovation services to C-level decision makers and help them improve their business with our services. This requires business acumen, understanding of how brand and CX can help companies differentiate in the market and solid skills in B2B sales.

What we look for in an ideal candidate:

  • 5+ years of experience within the field of B2B sales or consulting
  • Fluent English and strong Finnish skills, both spoken and written.
  • Understanding and experience in digital transformation and consulting business
  • Prospecting Skills
  • Can collaborate and influence in a “win as a team” environment
  • Coachable and with drive for results
  • Is a trusted advisor to the customers and colleagues
  • Has network with C-level decision makers involved in digital transformation in Finland's TOP-100 companies
  • Ability to understand and discuss strategic business challenges with c-level clients and advice them on how to develop their business with innovation, design thinking and custom software solutions
  • Someone that people enjoy working with
