Secapp Oy's growing Partnership team is looking for an experienced Account Director to manage international partnerships and support business growth.
Founded in 2011, Secapp is a Finnish company that designs, produces, and develops a critical communications application for versatile organizational and crisis communications, alerting and critical information collection. For example, Secapp helps hospitals, rescue services, security organizations, manufacturing facilities, volunteer organizations, municipalities, and other socially critical organizations alert individuals and groups, coordinate personnel and supplies, and save time and financial resources. Secapp strives to make the world safer, and the company aims to be the world's most popular professional software platform for critical communications, alarm, and security by 2030.
Abroad, Secapp's growth and sales are strongly based on partnerships that as Secapp’s resellers provide valuable local expertise and language skills. In your role, you help a foreign partners increase sales of Secapp’s products and services and ensure that partners are able to meet the needs of their customers.
In this role, you are fully responsible for the whole operation of the partnership, from partner satisfaction to sales development, growth planning, and goal tracking. You establish effective and confidential relationships with the commercial and sales management of your partners and maintain close communication between Secapp, the partner and the customer.
As an Account Director, you will work closely with e.g. with Secapp's international and domestic sales team, in addition to which your success in your role is supported by the Customer Success team, marketing, product management and technical support. With biggest clients, you work with a project manager selected for the partnership. At Secapp, the project manager is responsible for practical operations and together you work as a team towards the customer.
The position requires some travelling mainly abroad.
Would you like contribute to Secapp’s growth?In addition to a strong sales background, we especially value the experience of working with telecom operators and the service platform business, especially SaaS or software services. We appreciate you having evidence of successful customer work and increased sales.
As an Account Director, you work closely with clients, so social skills are emphasized in this role. You should also have the desire to address the challenges and needs of end users as well. You should understand CRM software and be able to use Office and other tools for remote working.
Due to Secapp’s fast internationalization, proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is crucial. You should also be able to produce presentation materials and documents in English.
