The Nordic Account Based Marketing (ABM) specialist works hand-in-hand with Accenture's client account teams as well as global and Nordic marketing & communications (M+C) colleagues to design and deliver strategic, targeted and insight-led marketing programs. These programs aim to build client experiences that increase client mindshare, strengthen client relationships, and drive growth within specific Nordic priority accounts. The marketer combines the best of marketing content and activities with bespoke and innovative tactics to create differentiated client experiences to help clients understand the value Accenture can help them create.
Work you will do:
As our ABM specialist, you will design and manage the execution of 1:1 ABM programs for up to five priority accounts in the Nordic countries.
As a strategic partner to the account team, you will draw on your marketing experience to develop and execute an account-specific marketing strategy aligned with their priorities, blending the right mix of tactics and channels to reach and engage the target decision-makers and buyers at the client. There is a real opportunity to bring your creative flair to the role and you should be confident in developing and selling new and innovative ideas to account leadership to increase differentiation.
Throughout your programs, you will track the KPIs outlined in your marketing plans to measure and optimize your ongoing impact on reputation, relationships and, ultimately, revenue.
Build a deep understanding of industry trends and the needs of Accenture's clients to ensure campaigns are highly relevant, timely and client-centric. Based on the insight:
Plan and deliver ABM programs for select Nordic priority accounts, which differentiate Accenture from competitors, help expand the number and strength of our client relationships, educate clients as to the full breadth of Accenture's capabilities and create a preference for Accenture at key clients.
Act as a primary marketing point of contact for account teams, working hand-in-hand with industry and local marketing colleagues to activate relevant wider marketing campaigns, content and events within the account. Blend these activities with the right mix of bespoke tactics:
Develop client-specific messages and bespoke marketing content to fit a variety of channels and formats such as direct mails, custom events and webinars, digital marketing, and other techniques to reach and engage key decision-makers and buyers at target accounts.
The role requires both strategic thinking and planning as well as a hands-on approach and a strong can-do attitude.
The assignment starts in October, or as agreed, and will continue at least until August 2022 with good possibility of extension contract. Work can be done remotely but also on-site from Accenture's office in Ruoholahti.
