The Opportunity
In this role, you'll operate as a marketing athlete and dot-connector. Day-to-day, you will activate omni-channel marketing campaigns to enhance our brand's visibility and foster internal engagement. So bring your innovative ideas, collaborate proactively, and lead with a commitment to achieve impactful outcomes with your team!

Success in this role means balancing multiple tasks and gaining broad experience across the marketing and communication disciplines, working for one of the world's leading brands. You will report to the Nordic Head of Employee Communication and coordinate your work with the local Brand, Marketing and Communications team lead.

We offer flexibility regarding the start date of this position, with the possibility to start in August 2024, depending on your preferences and what we agree upon. This is a fixed-term position covering family leave until 31.3.2026.

Your key responsibilities
- Engage with cross-functional teams across geographies to develop internal and external programs that resonate with EY's brand values and strategic direction.
- Utilize diverse communication channels, including social media, ey.com, and internal networks, to deliver compelling content.
- Organize webinars and execute in-person/hybrid events for varied audiences, using innovative tools and methods for active participation and engagement.
- Evaluate and manage sponsorship opportunities to support existing programs strategically and elevate our brand in the market.
- Support the creation of insightful thought leadership and market-focused materials, while closely monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness and ROI of all marketing initiatives in alignment with local strategies.

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role, we expect you to have
- Test-and-try problem-solving skills and a flair for the creative.
- Enthusiasm for teamwork, a passion for new challenges, an eagerness to explore big ideas, and a sense of curiosity.
- Proficiency in both written and oral Finnish and English, with the confidence to present at all levels.
- A minimum bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant combination of experience and education.

Ideally, you will also have
- The ability to quickly learn and understand all facets of EY's business and ways of working.
- The capacity to build and foster collaborative relationships.
- Strong project management skills with the aptitude to navigate competing projects with ease.
