Kamux is a retail chain specialized in used cars and related integrated services that has grown rapidly. Our operating model is a seamless combination of digital commerce and an extensive showroom network: we want to provide an excellent customer experience regardless of time or place. Founded in Hämeenlinna, Finland, in 2003, Kamux operates in Finland, Sweden and Germany. At the end of 2023, the company had in total 78 showrooms. Since its founding, Kamux has sold more than 500,000 used cars.

Kamux is now looking for a concept manager. As a Concept Manager you are responsible for implementing the best customer experience and offer instore and online. You will drive the implementation and development of the Kamux concept. You will plan and prepare for the roll out of the concept, and ensure continuous development of the design, function or specifications of the concept.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, develop and implement the Kamux concept for new stores, re-locations, face-lifts, webstore and Kamux online stores on third party platforms. Development work includes, for example, customer experience and journey optimization, product presentations, layout development and visual image of the stores.

- Responsibility for marketing communication and visual merchandising in the customer touchpoints.

- Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams, other internal stakeholders and partners on the development of the store and web concepts - combining practical and commercial aspects with the creative concept.

- Set and manage development and roll-out plans.

- Secure that the concept is in-line with brand DNA, identity and Kamux key messages.

- Ensure the concept solutions balance omnichannel, commercial, creative, functional and operational considerations, and is fit for purpose.

- Leading the implementation projects including managing budgets, developer/construction teams and their resourcing and workplan, as well as ensuring that project deadlines are met.

- Contribute to the preparation and development of the new location, relocation, or face lift business cases & lease negotiations, and working closely with country leadership teams to identify objectives and formulate options.

- Ensure all concept implementation information are documented.

- Arrange, participate in and follow through on lessons learned post-completion.

- Collaborate on sustainable development issues and play an active role in the delivery of the company's CSR policy in the concept.

- Staying engaged with current trends in the retail and car industries, and the competition.

To succeed in this role:

You are a customer focused, social, open, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. You also:

- Have concept development experience, a minimum of 3 years.

- Are a marketing professional with understanding of brand management and customer experience management.

- Understanding of building omnichannel experience in all customer touchpoints.

- Have creative and visualization abilities. Competent at using drawing tools and understanding for color, material, and lighting design.

- Passionate and interested in retail. Car industry interest and experience is a plus.

- Have strong planning, organizing and prioritizing skills to manage a high workload.

- Have effective communication skills (verbal & written), fluent English is a must.
