We are now looking for a Director, Technology Modernisations and Upgrades (TMU) Europe, Middle-East, The Americas to lead and develop the TMU business in Services. You will be responsible for business development and sales of world-class TMU projects. We are looking for a self-going, proactive and dedicated team player with customer focus and service mindset to join our team. You will, closely with other internal stakeholders globally, lead the TMU business towards the set targets.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- responsible for leading the TMU sales and achieving the set budget.
- responsible for developing the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for TMU projects and solutions.
- develop and commercialize a strong pipeline of profitable TMU projects
- based on customers and market requirements, develop different types of offering
- supporting the project execution of TMU projects
- support and be an active member of customer discussions to provide a holistic view of our TMU solutions.
- collaborate with internal stakeholders to bring the solutions to the market.
- support the businesses in creating marketing content and material

Requirements:

You are a customer-oriented and service-minded multiskilled expert. You have a suitable education (Engineer / M.Sc.) and solid leadership experience in sales, development or delivery of complexed projects. We expect you are a strong team player who understands the big picture and knows how to operate in a global matrix organization. Previous international work experience is an advantage. Good communication skills and fluent English language (written and spoken) is a must. Some travelling is needed as part of activities in this position. Location: Varkaus or Espoo office.
