We are looking for an office manager in Rovaniemi!

Work tasks:

- Scheduling
- Equipment & supplies arrangements
- Greeting guests and provide support
- Maintaining the office condition and layout
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Providing support to team members
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Plan in-house or off-site activities for team building
- Errands
- Shopping
- Other

- Create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety
- Be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation
- Be able to accurately handle administrative duties
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

We are only considering applications with the following requirements:

- Driving license permit (B) valid in Finland
- Existing permit to work in the Schengen Area
- Previous managerial work experience (with references)
- Strong english language skills

Salary is based on experience, and the salary is higher than the tourism industry market average. Full-time position starting in August 2024. We are providing extensive training prior to the season start.
