Service Management System Manager

CSC is seeking an energetic individual to spearhead our IT service management system and lead a team of dedicated professionals towards excellence. As the IT Service Management System Manager, you will be at the forefront of designing, deploying, and continuously improving our IT service management system. You will be team leader for IT Service Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of ITSM professionals, coordinating their efforts and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Drive the implementation of best practices to enhance IT Service Management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and policies.
• Maintain the service management plan and ensure adherence to approved goals and policies, while continuously monitoring and reporting on SMS effectiveness and maturity.
• Act as an owner for implemented ITSM processes, governing their execution and ensuring compliance.
• Keep the organization informed about ITSM processes and activities by effectively communicating with stakeholders and arranging comprehensive trainings for all staff.
• Assume the role of Process Manager for Service Portfolio Management, maintaining the CSC Service Portfolio.
We hope you have proven experience in leading teams and fostering a collaborative work environment. We also appreciate excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders. Understanding of IT service management principles and best practices based on ITIL or FitSM frameworks is also seen as an asset as well as demonstrated ability to drive process improvement initiatives and implement strategic solutions. Prior experience in process management and governance is highly desirable as well as proficiency in maintaining service management plans and ensuring compliance with organizational goals and policies.
